- Shipping Time: This phase begins after processing is complete. It varies based on the shipping method you select and your destination.

Deliveries may be delayed during peak seasons and promotional events.
We work with established carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to estimate delivery times, combining both processing and shipping durations.

Shipping Delays

Issues with Delivery

Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. Hero Honor Gear is not liable for customs fees under the following circumstances: 1) the package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) delivery fails after multiple attempts.
