We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size, design, quantity, and other specifics before confirming your purchase. Given our quick processing times, we regret that we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as wrong item type, size, design, or delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, you have a 6-hour window to cancel and reorder correctly. Should you have any questions prior to placing your order, please contact us. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Canceling Orders

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. If the cancellation request falls outside this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping stages.

Return Policy

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all orders are considered accepted, and no refunds will be issued.

  • Incorrect size or material from what was ordered
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product description does not match the received item

Condition of Returned Items

  • Must be in original condition and packaging
  • Must not have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be attributable to our error
  • Original tags must remain attached
  • Minor issues such as stray threads are not grounds for return
